Steven Mack is the founding Chairman of ztradingindustries™. Mr. Mack’s
entrepreneurial leadership has grown ideas into leading business opportunities.
zpawnsoft™ operability allowed SuperPawn to become the largest, most profitable
pawn entity in the U.S. In September 2004 Camco, Inc. sold Superpawn to Cash
America International, in what was the leading transaction in the history of
the pawn industry. Camco retained all of the Intellectual Property enabling
ztradingindustries™.
Mr. Mack earned his Bachelor of Science from Arizona State University as well
as a O.P.M. degree from Harvard Business School. Mr. Mack serves on the Nevada
Community Board for Wells Fargo Bank of Nevada.

bryan waters
president and chief executive officer
Bryan Waters was appointed as President and Chief Executive Officer of
ztradingindustries™ in September 2004. He has a broad range of experience in
managing and leading high performing sales and service organizations. This
includes over 13 years in Senior Management at Wells Fargo Bank, including
serving as President. He had complete P&L and asset management
responsibility for all banking businesses within the $3 billion Southern Nevada
Banking network representing over 1000 employees. He is a highly regarded
motivational speaker and facilitator in teamwork and management areas. In 2001,
Bryan joined Camco Inc, dba SuperPawn, and served as Chief Financial Officer
until his appointment to President and Chief Operating Officer in 2003. He
served the company in this capacity until the spin off of ztradingindustries™.
Bryan earned his Bachelor of Arts magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, from
University of California, Los Angeles. |

ron rowan
chief operating and financial officer
Ron Rowan was appointed Chief Operating and Financial Officer of
ztradingindustries™ in September 2004. Ron brings 20 years of management
experience to the Company. He began his career at Price Waterhouse in Los
Angeles, and moved to Las Vegas in 1996 after accepting the position of
Corporate Controller at Casino Data Systems (CDS), an $80 million public
company. In 1999, Ron was promoted to CFO of CDS, and managed finance,
administration, human resources and information technology. In 2001, Ron joined
Aristocrat Technologies, a $200 million multimedia gaming devices and computer
information systems company, as its CFO after it acquired CDS. In 2003, Ron
joined Camco Inc. dba SuperPawn, and served as its CFO until he joined
ztradingindustries™ after its spin-off from Camco Inc.
Ron is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science in
Business Administration from University of Southern California and a Masters of
Business Administration from University of California, Los Angeles. |

michael le strange
chief information officer
Michael LeStrange was appointed Chief Information Officer of ztradingindustries™ in
June 2005. Mr. LeStrange has an extensive background in developing and deploying software and hardware systems for several industries. In addition, he has well-rounded executive and operational experience in technology and business planning, intellectual property, technical project management and customer support.
Since 2003 Mr. LeStrange has been the Vice President of Technology for Bally Gaming and Systems. In this role he was responsible for the planning, engineering and ongoing technical support for all casino and slot management products in the Bally portfolio. These products span a wide range of software and hardware technologies and are installed at 300 casinos worldwide.
From 1999 through 2003 Mr. LeStrange owned and operated a successful technology consulting practice, which provided software design and technology planning to gaming and ecommerce clients.
Previously, from 1991 through 1999, he served in a number of executive roles for Alliance Gaming, including Senior Vice President and General Manager of Bally Systems and also as Senior Vice President of Operations for Bally Gaming. In these roles he was instrumental in the growth of Bally’s Slot System business to more than 100 sites and over 35 million in annual revenues, the creation and deployment of Alliance Gaming’s wide area progressive system, now having revenues approaching 50 million annually, and the initial concepts and strategy for Alliance Gaming’s EVO gaming machine platform.

marco herrera
chief technology officer
Marco Herrera was appointed Chief Technology Officer of ztradingindustries™ in
September 2004. Marco brings over 20 years of experience as a leader in the
Computer Science and Information Technology industry. His career started as a
video game designer and developer for Westwood Associates. He then became a
lead software developer at Lockheed Environmental Sciences. As the owner of his
own company - Elegant Software - he designed, among other projects, a Keno
System in use at several casinos, including the Las Vegas Hilton. In 1994 Marco
joined Camco Inc. dba SuperPawn, as Chief Information Officer and launched the
research and development team that created the Company’s proprietary
point-of-sale software and is now among the software products of
ztradingindustries™. Marco served the company as CIO until the spin off of
ztradingindustries™.
Marco is a University of Nevada at Las Vegas graduate with High Distinctions
with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Minor in Mathematics. |

greg westover
vice president of business development
Greg Westover joined ztradingindustries™ as Vice President of Business Development in September 2004. He brings an extensive experience in sales, sales management and logistics. Greg joined SuperPawn as the Vice President of Business Development in 1999. His responsibilities included licensing and franchise development as well as managing all jewelry operations and store merchandising. Previously, he was an executive officer with Weber Distribution, a premier warehouse and transportation provider, serving eleven western states. Prior to his eight years with Weber, he spent six years in sales and sales management working for Milgard Manufacturing, a leading window and fabricated glass manufacturer on the west coast.
Mr. Westover is a graduate from Arizona State University with Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration.
